Ambrosini G.T. is a company, with more than 50 years experience in metal sheet and laser-cutting applications, which has joined the handmade culture with the most state-of-the-art technologies.
Thanks to laser machines controlled directly from a genuine software, Ambrosini is able to make every kind of drawing in a very short time, guaranteeing a 0.1 mm cut, without burrings and thermal/mechanical warpages.
Time for choosing
The smart management has been always up-to-date with the latest innovations and state-of-the-art tools: to feed up the 3 Trumpf and Amada laser-cutting machines, they were looking for something different from cylinders and liquid nitrogen, which could make them indipendent from external suppliers.
Supplying solutions before gas generation
At the beginning Ambrosini chose the solution with cylinder racks and then liquid nitrogen with a 6.000 lts reservoir. But there were too many ties with the gas suppliers which always submit them one-sided agreements.
The choice is Claind!
At the beginning the company required a Claind nitrogen generator Maxi 1: after having tested the quality of the product and because of an increase of the production and, of course, of the nitrogen rates, Ambrosini asked for a LASER CUT 450-3 with 3 cylinder racks, able to guarantee also the pressurization for the beam guide requested by one of the 3 laser-cutting machines.
